RAVENOL RUP Racing Ultra Performance SAE 5W-40 is a modern PAO (poly-alpha-olefin) based full synthetic multigrade engine oil with special USVO® Technology.
Due to the USVO® technology we achieve an extremely high viscosity stability. We avoid the disadvantages of polymeric viscosity improvers while taking advantage of them. This improves engine protection, performance, engine cleanliness and oil drain intervals. The USVO® technology makes it possible that the product has no shear losses during the entire change interval and is extremely stable to oxidation. This unique technology helps oil lubricate faster, thereby minimizing friction while keeping the engine clean and efficient.
Due to the special mixture of synthetic, highly polar Group V base oils with a high proportion of high and low viscosity PAO, it could be formulated without the use of viscosity index improvers. Due to its high viscosity index, its high HTHS value, extreme shear stability and a highly effective special novel additivation, RAVENOL RUP Racing Ultra Performance SAE 5W-40 is also suitable for an extremely sporty driving style.
RAVENOL RUP Racing Ultra Performance SAE 5W-40 achieves a secure lubrication layer thanks to its unique formulation even at very high operating temperatures, protection from corrosion (oxidation) and foaming.

RAVENOL Racing Brake Fluid R325+ is an ideal brake fluid for motor sports (car and motorbike racing) due to its very high dry and wet boiling point. The braking system is more responsive even under extreme conditions. Please always observe the vehicle manufacturers specifications.
Application Note
To achieve optimum results the braking system should be freshly filled with RAVENOL Racing Brake Fluid R325+ before each race. In particular when the brakes are inordinately hot or racing under tropical conditions.
Do not mix with other brake fluids!
Not suitable for vehicles that require a mineral brake fluid (LHM). Observe manufacturer's specifications. Not recommended if the components used are made of magnesium or are alloys with a high magnesium content.
FOLLOW VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN ADDING BRAKE FLUID KEEP BRAKE FLUID CLEAN AND DRY. Contamination with dirt, water, petroleum products or other materials may result in brake failure or costly repairs.
STORE BRAKE FLUID ONLY IN ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER. KEEP CONTAINER CLEAN AND TIGHTLY CLOSED TO PREVENT ADSORPTION OF WATER. CAUTION! DO NOT REFILL CONTAINER AND DO NOT USE FOR OTHER LIQUIDS.
Dispose of used brake fluid responsibly (EU waste code 160113)
Brake fluid damages paint work –if spilt wash off immediately with plenty of water.
Characteristics
- Optimum ABS properties
- Chemical stability.
- Highest lubricating power
- Neutral behaviour towards brake parts
- Low viscosity even at low temperatures
- Can be mixed with all braking fluids of the same specification.

The quality of an antifreeze is no longer just determined by the antifreeze effect (which automatically exists in an ethylene-glycol based product), but by the rust protection. That is why manufacturers subject antifreeze to lengthy corrosion and cavitation tests.
RAVENOL OTC Organic Techn. Coolant Premix -40°C protects the cooling system from rust, frost, and in summer, from overheating.
Application instructions
RAVENOL OTC Organic Techn. Coolant Premix -40°C is a prediluted coolant with frost and rust protection for year-round use in automotive engines.
Even in summer coolant must contain enough antifreeze to ensure good corrosion and overheating protection.
Instructions: Add RAVENOL OTC Organic Techn. Coolant Premix -40°C to radiator to fill line.
RAVENOL OTC Organic Techn. Coolant Premix -40°C can also be used as a “ready for use” dilution in geothermal probes and geothermal collectors as recommended list of LAWA (Federal / State Working Group on Water in Germany).
Characteristics
- Excellent for light metal engines
- Good reserve alkalinity
- Premium corrosion additives for optimal rust protection for all metals and metal alloys used in coolsystems, including aluminium
- Prevents sediments and foaming in the cooling system
- Compatible with elastomers used in automotive radiators
- Can be mixed with other coolant types

RAVENOL Professional Radiator Stop Leak prevents seals from sweating and the loss of coolant.
RAVENOL Professional Radiator Stop Leak is suitable for closed cooling systems.
Application Note
RAVENOL Professional Radiator Stop Leak is added to the radiator. If there are filters in the cooling system, a radiator jointing material may not be used.
Area of application:
- Severe sweating of cylinder head gaskets
- Leaky hose connections
- Hairline cracks in the radiator, cylinder head or engine block
Application:
RAVENOL Professional Radiator Stop Leak suffices for 10 litres of coolant. Set the heating controller to maximum heating output. The engine should be at a low operating temperature.
Attention: Open the cap on the expansion tank slowly and gradually - the system is under pressure, risk of burns!
Shake the can and fill the content into the cooling system with the engine running. Add coolant.
After filling, allow the engine to continue to run for at least 10 min. or take a test drive. Check the system’s coolant level, absence of air and leak tightness.
RAVENOL Professional Radiator Stop Leak is also suitable for closed cooling systems. It is completely compatible with anti-freeze agents and coolants.
RAVENOL Professional Radiator Stop Leak is neutral in regard to rubber, synthetic materials, light alloys and non-ferrous metals.
Characteristics
- Protection against sweating cylinder head gaskets
- Sealing of hairline cracks and leaks in the cooling system

In the course of this process, the water flows through a column filled with ion exchange resin. This has theability to exchange its accumulated ions for the ions present in the water.
As the ion exchange resin cannot accumulate an infinite number of ions, they have to be “revived”, i.e. theyhave to be regenerated. This takes place using the currently most commonly used regeneration agents: sodiumchloride (water softening), hydrochloric acid (cation exchange) and sodium hydroxide (anion exchange). The conductivity of the water flowing through is constantly checked in a fully automated process and the ionexchanger unit regulates itself automatically.
RAVENOL destilliertes Wasser deionised water is regularly checked by taking samples.
Application instructions
RAVENOL destilliertes Wasser is ideally suited to filling up vehicle batteries and for steam irons and aquariums (to reduce the hardness of the water).
