RAVENOL UDT Ultra Duty Truck SAE 10W-30 has particularly high oxidation and shear stability as well as improved air-release properties, allowing it to fulfil and exceed the latest requirements in accordance with API CK-4.
RAVENOL UDT Ultra Duty Truck SAE 10W-30 offers reliable cold start performance at low outdoor temperatures and full lubricity at high operating temperatures. This reduces friction loss and wear and tear.
RAVENOL UDT Ultra Duty Truck SAE 10W-30 was licensed as the first European engine oil by the API with the specifications API CK-4 and API CJ-4.
The new API CK-4 specification is suitable for both current and older vehicles. It is backward compatible and can also be used for diesel fuels which contain up to 500 ppm of sulphur.

The highest application temperature for RAVENOL Arctic Green Grease AGG 2 in continuous operation is 120°C. Peak performances of 160°C should not be exceeded.

In the course of this process, the water flows through a column filled with ion exchange resin. This has theability to exchange its accumulated ions for the ions present in the water.
As the ion exchange resin cannot accumulate an infinite number of ions, they have to be “revived”, i.e. theyhave to be regenerated. This takes place using the currently most commonly used regeneration agents: sodiumchloride (water softening), hydrochloric acid (cation exchange) and sodium hydroxide (anion exchange).The conductivity of the water flowing through is constantly checked in a fully automated process and the ionexchanger unit regulates itself automatically.
